She makes music since 1999 (according google). The way to present her in one word would be: independance. she makes her own music, with her laptop, her texts (mostly japanese), her voice & proper elegant way of singing. Kind of digital avant-pop, with numerous layers, fragile (but not so much), mysterious (even for japanese people i guess!).
she started to be famous in Europe after meeting Peter Rehberg (Pita), and having her records published on Mego.
She also collaborates with musicians from Japan (Aki Onda, Aoki Takamasa, Riow Arai..) or Europe (Pita, Lionel Fernandez/see Discom); since she lives in Paris, she worked with the Dance Company DACM and the choregraphers Gisèle Vienne and Etienne Bideau-Rey, collaborating with Pita for "Stereotypie", the last creation of the company. The sound work of the piece (noriko+pita) was released by Asphodel in 2004.
Full of projects, she nows finishes her first movie, featuring Chloé Fabre from Exchpoptrue, and other musical creations. check the page later!
